Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Kolkata. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing business strategies, and identifying opportunities for growth. Day-to-day tasks include handling client inquiries, providing solutions to client issues, collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, and maintaining comprehensive client records. The role also involves analyzing market trends and providing feedback to improve service offerings.

Qualifications

Experience in client relationship management and customer service
Strong business strategy development and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Proficiency in data analysis and market research
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Prior experience in the payments industry is a plus
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
