Department: Sales & Business Development / Key Accounts
Location: Kamla Nagar, Delhi
Reports To: Head of Sales & Marketing / Director
Experience Required: 3–6 years in relationship management, sales, or key account handling (FMCG or beverage industry preferred)

Role Overview:

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building, nurturing, and managing strong relationships with key retail, distribution, and institutional partners. This role is critical for driving sales growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and strengthening brand loyalty across markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retail partners, and key accounts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, ensuring regular communication and support
  • Monitor and achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and market share objectives
  • Conduct regular market visits and business reviews with partners to understand challenges and opportunities
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to increase product placement and visibility
  • Resolve partner concerns or operational issues promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, supply chain, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth execution of orders and campaigns
  • Support trade marketing activities and promotional initiatives in collaboration with partners
  • Prepare periodic reports on account performance, market feedback, and competitor activities
  • Build long-term trust and strengthen brand reputation in the market

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in relationship management, key account handling, or sales (preferably in FMCG or beverages)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and growth targets
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to travel regularly to partner locations
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused mindset

Candidate Specific Requirements

  • Female candidates requiered.
  • Candidates residing nearby (North Delhi area, especially Kamla Nagar and surrounding localities) preferred.
