We’re Hiring! – Female Relationship Manager

Duxbed Innovations Pvt Ltd is looking for a passionate Relationship Manager to build and nurture strong client partnerships. If you have 2+ years of experience in sales/relationship management (preferably in furniture or home goods), excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset, we want you on our team!

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and partners.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, and follow-ups to strengthen partnerships.

Understanding & Promoting Duxbed Products

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of Duxbed’s product range, features, and benefits.
  • Present and promote products effectively to clients.
  • Stay updated on new launches and ensure clients are aware of latest offerings.

Providing Tailored Solutions

  • Identify client needs and propose customized solutions.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver value-added services.
  • Resolve client issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Business Growth & Opportunity Identification

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Explore new business avenues through referrals and recommendations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to spot opportunities.

Customer Experience Advocacy

  • Ensure seamless end-to-end customer experience.
  • Actively collect client feedback and share insights with internal teams.
  • Anticipate potential issues and resolve them before escalation.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate client records, agreements, and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, performance, and risks.

Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Work with sales teams to achieve overall revenue goals.
  • Share best practices and insights with fellow managers.
  • Contribute actively in team meetings and strategy discussions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • +12 Pass
  • Proven experience (2 Years) in relationship management, sales experience furniture, home goods, etc.)]
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-centric approach with a passion for building lasting relationships.
  • Ability to understand and articulate product value propositions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
