Relationship Manager -Federal Bank

You will be responsible for managing life insurance sales through assigned Bank branches, coordinating between the Bank and the company from lead generation to policy conversion, and dealing with walk-in customers to sell them life insurance policies. As the Relationship Manager - Bancassurance, your key responsibilities will include: - Generating leads from in-branch lead generators, bank customer database, and walk-in customers. - Making appointments, exploring customers" financial needs in life-related investment and insurance areas, selecting appropriate products from the company's range, gaining customer agreement to purchase, and accurately completing sales documentation. - Building a good customer base to explore opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, as well as obtaining referrals to further prospects when appropriate. - Being responsible for sales completion by facilitating the completion of medical reports and ensuring the prompt issuance of policy documents. - Adhering to the company sales process and ensuring the timely submission of various reports. To qualify for this role, you must meet the following criteria: - Minimum 1 year of experience in life insurance sales, cross-selling of insurance, or banking/financial services sales. - Any degree or a 3-year diploma. Additionally, the work location for this full-time position is in Thiruvankulam, Tripunitura, Kochi, North Paravur, Kalamassery, Ernakulam town, or Kakkanad.
