Job Description

Job Summary: At ETH Infra Pvt. Ltd., We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between the company and its customers, addressing client needs, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring a positive client experience. Key Responsibilities: Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client needs, provide suitable solutions, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, complaints, or escalations, ensuring timely resolution. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, service, etc.) to deliver on client expectations. Identify opportunities for cross-selling or up-selling products/services. Maintain accurate client records, track interactions, and prepare reports for management. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience as a Relationship Manager, Client Servicing Executive, or similar role. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle multiple accounts and work under pressure. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite is an advantage.
