Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive to manage lead generation, client engagement, site visits, and closing of deals related to Farmhouse Sales and Agricultural Land Investments . The candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for real estate in Rural/ Agro spaces. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through online platforms, field visits, and cold calling Conduct client meetings and site visits at farmhouse locations Present property details, legal documentation, investment benefits, and project vision to potential buyers Maintain relationships with channel partners, real estate brokers, and individual investors Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into successful sales Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer feedback, and deal records Stay updated on agricultural property trends, government land policies, and green zone regulations Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree . 0–2 years of experience in sales (real estate or agri-business preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to handle fieldwork and site visits (travel within Delhi NCR) Basic knowledge of land/property documentation Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 8287922648
