Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of SME/MSME clients under the Emerging Enterprises Group.
  • Acquire new clients through market mapping, lead generation, and relationship building.
  • Understand client requirements and offer banking solutions including working capital, term loans, trade finance, and transaction banking products.
  • Conduct credit assessments, prepare credit appraisal memos, and coordinate with credit teams for sanctioning facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
  • Cross-sell banking products such as CASA, insurance, treasury, and digital solutions.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by providing proactive service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Monitor portfolio health and manage risk by tracking early warning signals.

  • Strong understanding of SME/MSME business dynamics and financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of credit, lending, and banking products.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness.
