Relationship Manager - Direct Channel

Job Description:

As a Front-Line Sales Executive you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by effectively promoting and selling our life insurance products to customers. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing them with personalised solutions to meet their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell insurance products to potential customers through various sales channels, including direct sales, referrals, branch Walkin, and other lead generation activities.
• Identify and prospect new customers, including individuals, families, and businesses, to generate leads and expand the customer base.
• Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for customers to understand their insurance requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Educate customers about the features, benefits, and terms of insurance products, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company, ensuring consistent achievement of sales goals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software or other designated systems.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers, providing them with ongoing support and assistance to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
