Source and generate loan business through existing and new DSA channels and dealer networks
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, DSAs, and customers within the assigned locations• Manage and grow loan portfolios related to commercial vehicles and used cars• Ensure timely collections, follow-ups, and portfolio quality management and compliance of PDD documents.• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and customer servicing• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities• Drive team performance, motivate and train DST/DSA channels wherever applicable
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Used Car Loans segment
• Graduate in any discipline• Strong local market knowledge • Proven track record of managing and expanding business through DSA and dealer channels• Excellent communication and negotiation skills• Result-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team• Willingness to travel locally and meet clients/dealers regularly
