As a Relationship Manager - Current Account in the Branch Banking department, your main role is to manage your assigned client portfolio effectively to ensure superior service delivery and promote cross-selling opportunities. This involves building up CASA values as per branch targets, increasing product holding per customer through cross-selling all banking products, acquiring new clients, and attending to walk-in clients. Your responsibilities include managing cash transactions, fund transfers, deposits, withdrawals, and overall client deliverables. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building up CASA values and acquiring new clients - Engaging effectively with clients to drive cross-selling - Increasing "Product holding per customer" within your portfolio - Profiling all engaged clients and recommending suitable banking products - Meeting monthly operating plans to enhance scorecard rankings - Coordinating with relationship managers for closure of business loans and other transactions - Ensuring quick resolution of client queries and complaints to achieve NPS benchmarks - Managing the branch vault, including cash and non-cash transactions - Maintaining strict adherence to banking policies and compliance In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will also be expected to: - Conduct audits and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations - Provide exceptional customer service to establish long-term relationships with clients Your education qualifications required for this role include: - Graduation: Any - Post-graduation: Any Please note that you will be responsible for updating key registers regularly, reviewing branch reports, and ensuring zero instances of cash shortage or excess at the teller counter.
