Relationship Manager-Current Account - Pipeline

As a Relationship Manager - Current Account in the Branch Banking department, your primary role is to manage your assigned client portfolio effectively to ensure superior service delivery and promote cross-selling opportunities. This includes building up CASA values as per branch targets, increasing product holding per customer through cross-selling various banking products, acquiring new clients, and catering to walk-in clients. You will be responsible for managing cash transactions, fund transfers, deposits, withdrawals, and other routine banking activities for customers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building up CASA values and acquiring new clients - Engaging effectively with clients to promote cross-selling - Increasing the product holding per customer within your portfolio - Profiling clients and recommending suitable banking products - Meeting monthly operating plans to improve scorecard rankings - Coordinating with relationship managers for closure of business loans and other transactions - Providing quick resolution of queries and complaints to achieve NPS benchmarks - Managing the branch vault, cash transactions, and ensuring compliance with policies - Updating key registers and reviewing branch reports regularly In addition, you will also have secondary responsibilities such as: - Performing audits and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations - Delivering best-in-class customer service to all clients to establish yourself as their primary banker Your education qualifications required for this role include: - Graduation in any field - Post-graduation in any field Join us in this role to make a significant impact in managing client relationships, driving cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.,
