As a Relationship Manager - Current Account in the Branch Banking department, your main responsibility is to manage your assigned client portfolio effectively to ensure superior service delivery and promote cross-selling opportunities. This includes building up CASA values as per branch targets, increasing product holding per customer through cross-selling all banking products, acquiring new clients, and managing walk-in clients. Your role also involves handling cash transactions, fund transfers, deposits, withdrawals, and overall customer service.
