Job Description

As a Relationship Manager - Current Account in the Branch Banking department, your main responsibility is to manage your assigned client portfolio effectively to ensure superior service delivery and promote cross-selling opportunities. This includes building up CASA values as per branch targets, increasing product holding per customer through cross-selling all banking products, acquiring new clients, and managing walk-in clients. You will also handle routine cash transactions for bank customers such as fund transfers, deposits, and withdrawals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building up CASA values and acquiring new clients - Engaging effectively with clients to promote cross-selling - Increasing "Product holding per customer" within your portfolio - Profiling all engaged clients and offering suitable banking products - Meeting monthly operating plans to improve scorecard rankings - Coordinating with other relationship managers for closure of business loans and other transactions - Resolving client queries and complaints quickly to achieve NPS benchmarks - Managing the branch vault, including cash and non-cash transactions - Ensuring no instances of cash shortage or excess at the teller counter - Updating key registers regularly and reviewing branch reports Additionally, you will be responsible for: - Performing audits and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations - Providing top-notch customer service to all clients Your education qualifications required for this role are: - Graduation: Any - Post-graduation: Any If there are any additional details about the company provided in the job description, please share them for a more comprehensive understanding of the role.,
