Relationship Manager- CRM

Your role at Gera Developments Pvt Ltd as a Relationship Manager - CRM will involve the following responsibilities: - Manage and resolve all customer queries promptly via the centralized system, maintaining professionalism and empathy. - Ensure closure of customer tasks within defined TATs and escalate unresolved issues appropriately. - Provide proactive communication to customers on project milestones, documentation, and process updates. - Maintain accurate customer data and update the Gera World App with relevant information and documents. - Drive customer engagement through NPS surveys and timely follow-up to improve satisfaction levels. - Identify potential referral customers and update the referral tracker for the Sales team. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - Freshers who are quick learners or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles are welcome to apply. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. - Customer-centric mindset with an emphasis on empathy and responsiveness. - Familiarity with real estate project processes is an advantage.
