Relationship

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve all customer queries promptly via the centralized system, maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Ensure closure of customer tasks within defined TATs and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
• Provide proactive communication to customers on project milestones, documentation, and process updates.
• Maintain accurate customer data and update the Gera World App with relevant information and documents.
• Drive customer engagement through NPS surveys and timely follow-up to improve satisfaction levels.
• Identify potential referral customers and update the referral tracker for the Sales team.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• We welcome applications from freshers who are quick learners as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Customer-centric mindset with an emphasis on empathy and responsiveness.
• Familiarity with real estate project processes is an advantage.
