As a Relationship Manager in the Sales (Secured) department, your primary responsibility will be to source new customers for the Micro LAP product. This will involve utilizing direct sales, references, channel partners, and marketing campaigns to expand the customer base. Your role will also require you to generate leads, follow up effectively, and convert these leads into business opportunities. Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets for LAP is crucial, and you will be expected to conduct field visits for customer meetings, document collection, and property verification. Qualifications Required: - Minimum educational qualification of 12th pass or Graduate (Preferred). Experience: - 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience.
