Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager - Credit Card at AU SMALL FINANCE BANK, based in Gandhidham. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for increasing credit card acquisition, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and actively promoting the bank's credit card offerings. The role involves identifying potential clients, understanding customer requirements, ensuring excellent service delivery, and achieving sales targets in accordance with the bank's goals. The Relationship Manager will also collaborate closely with other teams to resolve customer inquiries and provide tailored financial solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to engage with customers and foster long-lasting connections
• Good understanding of banking products and financial services, particularly credit card offerings
• Sales acumen with the ability to meet and exceed targets consistently
• Proven communication and negotiation skills for achieving customer satisfaction and acquisition objectives
• Proficiency in client management, problem-solving, and addressing customer inquiries seamlessly
• Relevant experience in banking, financial services, or sales is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
