About the Role:

Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire
New-to-Bank SME clients
by offering customized corporate banking solutions.
Maintain detailed customer profiles including risk assessments, demographics, and asset holdings.
Deepen existing relationships by cross-selling products such as
Trade Finance, Forex, CMS, and SME Loans
.
Drive
wallet share growth
through proactive engagement and solution-based selling.
Identify and convert referral leads into new business opportunities.
Ensure monthly business targets are met or exceeded.
Record all client interactions and activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal service teams to resolve client issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with
KYC, SEBI, and other regulatory guidelines
.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Sales & Negotiation:
