Role Description

We are seeking a Relationship Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Ahmedabad. The Relationship Manager will develop and maintain strong client relationships, acquire new customers, and work to deliver excellent customer support. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, offering tailored financial solutions, cross-selling services, and resolving customer inquiries effectively. You will deliver regular updates to clients, collaborate with various departments, and contribute to achieving business development goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients
  • Proficiency in financial services with knowledge of investment products, portfolio management, and insurance
  • Ability to identify client needs and recommend suitable financial solutions
  • Strong sales, marketing, and client acquisition experience
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • Prior experience in financial services or relationship management (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards is advantageous
