*Job Summary:*
Life Insurance is hiring Direct Sales Executives for its Banca Channel in Hyderabad. The role involves working closely with partner bank branches to drive life insurance sales, generate business, and achieve monthly targets through effective customer engagement and cross-selling.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Build and maintain strong relationships with partner bank branches.
Generate business from existing and new customers of the bank.
Promote and sell life insurance products to achieve assigned sales targets.
Conduct customer meetings and explain product features and benefits.
Work jointly with bank staff to ensure smooth sales operations.
Maintain daily reports and adhere to compliance standards.
*Required Skills & Qualifications:*
Minimum 1 year of experience in any field sales (experience in BFSI preferred).
Graduation is mandatory.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and target-focused.
