Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Foster strong relationships with distribution teams within partner organizations.
Implement joint business plans with defined growth, activation, and productivity milestones.
Drive partner activation through targeted training, sales support, and effective communication.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities for product placement, campaign design, and cross-selling.
Monitor performance dashboards and provide regular outcome reports. Ensure strict adherence to regulatory, process, and documentation standards.
Deliver actionable insights to support deeper market penetration.

Key Deliverables:

Achieve sales and quality objectives.
Enhance partner engagement, retention, revenue, and persistency. Maintain business health in line with agreed KPIs.
Demonstrate effective management of people and partners.

Qualifications & Competencies:

Graduate/ Post graduate with relevant 1-2 years of experience preferably from insurance industry
