Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Building and Maintaining Relationships:
Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients and partners within the alternate channel.
Identifying Client Needs:
Understanding client requirements and offering suitable financial solutions.
Driving Sales and Revenue:
Generating new leads, acquiring new customers, and maximizing revenue through effective client management.
Cross-selling and Upselling:
Identifying opportunities to offer additional products and services to existing clients.
Resolving Client Issues:
Addressing client queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
Achieving Sales Targets:
Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to overall business objectives.
Customer Satisfaction:
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaboration:
Working closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to improve customer experience and resolve issues.
Market Analysis:
Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth within the alternate channel.
Reporting and Analysis:
Tracking performance, analyzing data, and providing regular reports on sales and customer activity.
