Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager Bancassurance, based in Agartala. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with bank partners, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. Key responsibilities include driving business growth, achieving sales targets, conducting client meetings, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role will involve training bank staff on Bajaj Life Insurance products and supporting them in achieving business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in insurance products, sales processes, and customer service
• Understanding of financial planning, wealth management, and advisory services
• Ability to work towards targets with excellent organizational and strategic planning skills
• Basic proficiency in digital tools and platforms for customer management and operations
• Prior experience in the banking or insurance sector is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field
