Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager Banca located in Kochi. The Relationship Manager Banca will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with bank partners, achieving sales targets, conducting regular client meetings, and providing financial advice. The role also includes developing and implementing sales strategies, preparing sales reports, and ensuring excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in sales, business development, and relationship management
• Experience in financial planning, insurance products, and customer service
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently
• Knowledge of banking and insurance regulations is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the insurance or banking industry is a plus
