Relationship Manager

As a Sales Executive at Avanse Financial Services, your role involves ensuring the achievement of set targets, motivating and monitoring partner performance, and striving to establish Avanse as the brand of choice within the customer segment. You will be responsible for selling products by initiating contact, building relationships with prospects, and providing suitable solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the educational dynamics and financial products of the market and the area - Sell products by establishing contacts, building relationships with prospects, and recommending solutions - Develop strong relationships with customers through personal meetings, telephone contact, etc. - Demonstrate efficiency in gathering market and customer information to facilitate negotiations Qualifications Required: - Good interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, and mediation skills - Proficient in relationship management - High energy level and motivation for sales - Basic knowledge of computer applications - Proficiency in the local language is essential Experience: - Minimum 1-2 years of relevant sales experience in financial products (HL/BL/LAP/Auto Loan) or selling products to educational institutions/industries - Existing relationships with educational institutions will be an added advantage - Knowledge of the lending business, especially education institution loans, will be beneficial Eligibility: - Minimum 1-2 years of relevant sales experience in any financial product (HL/BL/LAP/Auto Loan),
