Requirements and Skills: - Previous experience working as a Preschool Teacher. - Strong grasp of child development principles and preschool teaching methodologies. - Knowledge of classroom safety and hygiene practices. - Excellent communication and instructional abilities. - Skill in mediating conflicts and promoting a harmonious learning atmosphere. - Friendly, dependable, and even-tempered demeanor. - Ability to balance creativity with practicality in lesson planning.
