Sales Manager - EIL (LAP) - North & East

You will be responsible for selling the product by establishing contact and building relationships with prospects. Your specific responsibilities will include understanding the Educational Dynamics and Channel network of the market, recommending solutions, developing relationships with customers, and gathering market and customer information for negotiations. - Understand the Educational Dynamics and Channel network of the market - Establish contact and build relationships with prospects - Recommend solutions to potential customers - Develop good relationships with customers through personal contact, meetings, or telephone communication - Gather market and customer information to facilitate negotiations Qualification Required: - At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in service or product sales to Education Institutions/industries - Existing relationships with educational institutions would be an additional advantage - Knowledge of Lending Business, especially Education Institution Loan, would be beneficial - Minimum qualification required is Graduation - Experience in LAP loans and Educational Institution loans The ideal candidate should possess good interpersonal skills, negotiation and mediation skills, relationship management abilities, high energy levels, motivation for sales, basic computer application knowledge, and proficiency in the local language.,
