Job Description

As a Customer Relationship Manager at our dealership, your primary role will be to develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both existing and potential customers. You will act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing detailed product information, and resolving any issues or complaints promptly and effectively. Your responsibilities will include driving vehicle sales by identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions, ultimately increasing sales of our dealership's vehicles. Additionally, you will be required to implement strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by analyzing customer data and feedback to continuously improve retention rates. Your key responsibilities will involve: - Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers - Acting as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing detailed product information, and resolving issues and complaints promptly - Driving vehicle sales by identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions - Implementing strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty - Working closely with sales, service, and marketing teams to achieve dealership goals - Generating new leads through various methods and following up on potential business opportunities - Providing regular reports on client feedback, customer satisfaction levels, and business performance to management - Keeping clients informed about new products, services, and special offers available at the dealership Qualifications and skills required for this role include: - Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles is often preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential - Ability to build rapport, demonstrate empathy, and manage conflicts effectively - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - A strong sense of customer service and dedication to providing an excellent customer experience - Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a valuable asset Please note that this is a full-time position with the work location being in person.,
