Build and manage strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client needs and offer appropriate real estate solutions (residential/commercial/investment).
Coordinate site visits, negotiations, and closures.
Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales support, legal) for smooth deal execution.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and inventory.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to team performance.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in real estate sales or client relationship roles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of property documentation, pricing, and transaction processes.
Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
