Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry and a strong background in relationship management. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base. Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry. Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the community. Job Requirements Proven experience in relationship management, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required. Strong knowledge of financial products and services is necessary. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
