Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and objectives. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry. Build and maintain a strong understanding of client needs and preferences. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in a relationship management role. Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including small finance banking. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with high net worth individuals or corporate clients is an added advantage.
