The role of Relationship Officer - Home Loans involves creating a local distribution network for the distribution of home loans through "contact points" and direct marketing activities such as self-construction site visits, pamphlet distribution, and other promotional activities. The primary responsibility includes the creation/empanelment of contact points which serve as the initial points of enquiry for individuals seeking to build or buy a home. These contact points may include cement dealers, building material dealers, engineers, masons, and other relevant stakeholders in the construction industry. The employee will be entrusted with managing and fostering relationships with these "contact points" and existing borrowers of the home loan organization. The focus will be on distributing affordable housing loans and contributing to the growth of the affordable home loan sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales and Business Development: Achieve home loan disbursement targets by implementing a comprehensive business plan that includes prospecting, networking, and field-based marketing activities. 2. Product Promotion: Showcase and market Home Loans to potential clients through physical interactions and digital platforms, including social media channels. 3. Customer Relationship Management: Conduct proper customer profiling during interactions to identify their needs and recommend suitable loan products. Establish and nurture relationships with customers to secure references and ensure timely loan servicing. 4. Field Activities: Engage in various field-based initiatives and marketing campaigns to generate leads for home loans as directed by the branch manager. 5. Customer Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of a home loan, starting from application submission, facilitating the processing of applications, and managing customer relationships throughout their tenure with the organization. Qualifications: - Graduation in any discipline is mandatory. - Minimum of 12 months experience in retail sales. - Strong communication skills are essential. - Possession of a Two Wheeler and a valid driving license is required.
