Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to lead retail sales initiatives in the AGRI-FIN and Tractor Loans segment
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking, particularly in retail liabilities, and a proven track record in sales and customer relationship management This role involves enhancing the deposit pool, cross-selling ficial products, and ensuring regulatory compliance while driving branch profitability and team productivity Sales Business DevelopmentEnhance the deposit pool from existing and new customersDrive sales of non-deposit products including Mutual Funds and InsuranceAchieve cross-selling targets progressively across product categoriesGenerate fee income through strategic product placementCustomer Relationship ManagementDeliver high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfactionLiaise with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and delightAct as a key point of contact for high-value clients in the AGRI-FIN and Tractor Loans segmentBranch Operations ComplianceOversee branch administration and ensure adherence to regulatory complianceManage overall productivity and morale of branch team membersEnsure the branch meets its break-even targets and contributes positively to the PLStrategic CollaborationWork closely with product management, marketing, and other verticals for new product development and service enhancementsContribute to sales initiatives and tactical planningLeadership Team ManagementDemonstrate strong leadership skills with a tactical focusBalance strategic thinking with execution (Thinker:Doer ratio of 40:60)Foster a collaborative and performance-driven team culture
