Job Description

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client relationships within the agricultural sector. Your primary focus will be on understanding our clients financial needs, offering tailored solutions, and providing exceptional support throughout their banking journey. You will be a key point of contact, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our valued customers.
  • A bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of agricultural financing products and services, including loan structures and risk assessment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients effectively.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant banking software.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed recommendations.
  • A self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the agricultural industry.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored financial solutions, including loans, credit facilities, and other banking products.
  • Provide timely and accurate advice to clients, ensuring they make informed financial decisions.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and client portfolios to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of client transactions and requests.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and policies.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and training sessions to educate and engage customers.
  • Resolve client queries and concerns promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the banks agricultural financing business.
