Relationship Management Intern

Step into the professional world! Help manage client relationships, support internal teams, and gain hands-on experience as a Relationship Management Intern.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team in managing client communication via calls, emails, and chats.
• Support in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
• Help coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely resolution of client concerns.
• Maintain and update client interaction logs, reports, and feedback records.
• Contribute to preparing client reports, presentations, and updates.
• Learn and share insights on improving customer experience and service processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Students or recent graduates in BMS, B.Com, M.Com, or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
