As a Parent Relationship Manager at Vertex, your primary responsibilities will include: - Ensuring all parents feel welcomed and comfortable upon arrival and are seated appropriately. - Effectively addressing and resolving parent inquiries through various mediums such as in-person, phone, email, and the company website. - Escalating any unresolved grievances to the Principal and Marketing Team for prompt resolution, focusing on achieving parent delight. - Tracking all parent queries using organizational query tracking mechanisms like CRM. - Generating parent delight by maintaining high responsiveness, closing the loop on all issues, and keeping parents updated and engaged throughout the resolution process. - Guiding parents on school systems and processes, ensuring updated information is readily available. - Creating a parent-friendly environment in the front office area with the assistance of the admin department. - Providing information on all aspects of a child's school life cycle and post-school activities like summer camps. In terms of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for: - Managing the pre-sales process by tracking leads from various sources like the web, telephone, and walk-ins. You will also participate in planning activities such as society camps, mall activities, pre-school tie-ups, corporate tie-ups, RWA, and parent engagement activities. - Handling the entire sales process effectively, from the first interaction with potential parents to closure, thereby increasing conversions from walk-ins to admissions. - Contacting potential parents, understanding their requirements, and effectively presenting the VIBGYOR brand to meet their needs.,
