Job Description : Field Sales at an Insurance Giant Position: Field Sales Consultant Location: BANGALURU , CHENNAI , KOCHI Job Summary: As a Field Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving business growth by selling insurance products to potential customers. You will work in the field to generate leads, conduct sales meetings, and close deals. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business through cold calls, networking, and referrals. Meet potential clients in person to explain products and services. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Identify market trends and customer needs to propose the most suitable insurance solutions. Educate customers on the benefits of the products and services offered by the company. Update and maintain records of interactions with clients and prospects in the system. Collaborate with the sales team to improve sales strategies. Manage customer queries and ensure smooth onboarding for new customers. Skills and Qualifications: Experience: 1-7 years of experience in field sales (experience in insurance or related industry is an advantage).. Languages: Proficiency Bengaluru - English and Kannada . Chennai - English and Tamil . Kerala - English and Malayalam is Required . Field Sales Experience: Prior field sales experience is essential for the role. Two-Wheeler Requirement: Candidate must own a two-wheeler for travel. Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle customer queries and provide tailored solutions. Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales targets. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.
