Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Executive based in Aligarh & Bulandshahr. The Relationship Executive will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with merchants and customers, assisting in the onboarding process, and addressing any product or service-related issues. They will work closely with the sales team to drive business growth, resolve customer inquiries, and promote PhonePe's services and products. The role also includes providing feedback to improve customer experience and ensuring merchant satisfaction through proactive support.

Qualifications

  • Sales and relationship management skills to effectively interact with merchants and customers
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills for addressing customer queries and concerns
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Basic understanding of digital payment systems and financial services; industry knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Proficiency in local language(s) and English
  • Relevant experience in sales, business development, or client management is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
