Relationship Executive

We are hiring a Relationship Executive to help expand our seller network on our e-commerce platform. The role involves identifying potential sellers, contacting them, explaining platform benefits, and guiding them through the complete onboarding process until activation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential sellers using online platforms and directories.

• Contact sellers explain the platform clearly.

• Collect seller details and handle regular follow-ups.

• Guide sellers through registration.

• Assist sellers with basic product listing.

• Maintain daily lead and follow-up trackers.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth seller onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

• Strong English & Hindi speaking skills.

• Good communication and convincing ability.

• Basic online research knowledge.

• Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.

• Candidates must be able to work from Mavelikara, Alappuzha.
