Job Title: Relationship Executive (Financial Services)

Location: Karvenagar, Pune (Work From Office)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Domain: Mutual Fund Sales (Candidates from insurance backgrounds are also eligible)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and client-oriented Relationship Executive to join our financial services team in Pune. The role involves acquiring new clients, nurturing long-term relationships, and delivering comprehensive financial solutions. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about financial advisory and sales, particularly in Mutual Funds and related investment products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management & Service

  • Proactively engage with existing clients to understand their financial objectives and conduct regular portfolio reviews.
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and insightful responses to client queries and service requirements.
  • Strengthen client relationships by identifying opportunities to enhance wallet share and promote suitable financial products.

2. Business Development & Sales:

  • Acquire new retail and HNI clients through networking, referrals, and structured business development initiatives.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell a variety of financial products to meet customer needs and boost revenue.
  • Consistently achieve assigned sales, business development, and revenue targets.

3. Financial Advisory & Compliance:

  • Conduct detailed financial needs assessments to recommend suitable investment and protection solutions.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge across Mutual Funds, Insurance, Bonds, and other investment instruments.
  • Ensure accurate completion of documentation, including KYC and compliance-related processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Certifications: NISM or IRDAI certifications are an added advantage.

Experience: 0–1 year in sales or financial advisory; candidates with insurance sales backgrounds may also apply.

Sales & Negotiation: Strong persuasion capabilities with a target-driven mindset.

Client Orientation: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of financial markets and investment products.

Self-Motivated: Proactive, goal-oriented, and eager to build a long-term career in financial services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
