Relationship Executive

Role

The Relationship Executive (L1) is an entry-level role focused on client onboarding, routine servicing, and coordination with internal teams. The role does not involve advisory or product selling, but supports smooth client experience and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Documentation

• Assist clients with KYC completion (CKYC, IPV, FATCA)
• Support folio creation, SIP/STP/SWP setup
• Ensure documents are collected, verified, and uploaded correctly

Client Communication & Follow-ups

• Explain basic concepts such as mutual funds, SIPs, STPs in simple language
• Handle daily follow-ups with leads and existing clients
• Share transaction updates, confirmations, and status

Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with Operations / Compliance team for execution
• Track pending cases and ensure timely closure

Portfolio Servicing (Basic)

• Assist in statement sharing, NAV-related queries, SIP status
• Handle service requests like bank change, nominee update, contact update

Data & Record Management

• Maintain accurate client records in CRM / Excel / back-office systems
• Ensure data confidentiality and compliance

Candidate Requirements

Education

• Minimum: Graduate (B.Com / BBA / BBA Finance preferred)
• Freshers welcome
• Finance background is an advantage, not mandatory

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication skills (Malayalam + basic English)
• Ability to explain things simply and patiently
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, Google Sheets)
• Organized and process-oriented
• Willingness to learn financial products and systems

Experience

• 0–1 year experience in banking, finance, customer service, or sales support preferred
• Fresh graduates with the right attitude can be trained

Career Progression

L1 → L2 Relationship Manager / Senior Executive in 6–12 months
