Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking insurance solutions
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers
Understand customer needs and provide suitable life and non-life insurance products
Promote and sell bancassurance products such as life insurance, health insurance, and general insurance
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to branch revenue goals
Identify cross-selling opportunities with other banking products
Maintain thorough knowledge of insurance products, features, and benefits
Advise customers on product suitability based on their financial goals and risk profile
Conduct product presentations and policy explanations
Ensure all insurance sales comply with regulatory and internal guidelines
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, policy documentation, and approvals
Support policy servicing and claims-related queries
Work closely with branch staff, relationship managers, and insurance partners
Track sales performance and submit regular reports to the branch or zonal manager
Participate in training programs to stay updated on new products and market trends
