Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Reinsurance Business Analyst to join our team in Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, and Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 6-12 years of experience in the reinsurance domain with strong business analysis skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Identify and analyze data discrepancies and quality issues.
Analyze downstream implications from changes in scope or requirements.
Ensure timely identification, tracking, reporting, and resolution of issues.
Collaborate effectively with teams to achieve common goals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Utilize Excel skills and SQL to query databases for testing and analysis.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of reinsurance products and services.
Excellent business analysis and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with RiPRO product knowledge is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel and SQL.
A graduate degree in any field is required.
