JOB OVERVIEW: Compliance Central Senior Manager Preferred Title: Spend Transparency + Engagement Sr. Manager Education/Certifications : A graduate (MBA, B.Tech, or equivalent) with experience in regulated and process-driven industries. The ideal candidate should be familiar with intermediate to advanced EXCEL skills, good communication, quick learner, ability to articulate and good decision making. Exposure to global spend transparency regulations and related data sets is a strong plus. Summary: The Spend Transparency + Engagement Manager oversees the daily operations of a compliance-focused team, ensuring the accurate data processing and reporting of healthcare professionals (HCPs) and healthcare organizations (HCOs). This role focuses on process excellence, regulatory compliance, and team leadership to maintain audit-ready standards and operational efficiency. Roles and Responsibilities, generally: Candidate would be required to oversee team which performs data management, remediation/cleansing, report generation/QC and data analytics for transparency disclosures globally. Candidate would ensure the project file is thoroughly kept up to date, in an audit-ready state continuously. Additionally, manager would be responsible for managing team coverage during peaks and allocated time off to provide continuity of service, perform quality control checks of outputs, manage SLA achievement, assess volume and seasonality, managing administrative nature of program governance, liaise with client and grow business organically as possible. Additional responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Learn, use and train teammates on PwC’s proprietary technology platform used to perform data management and reporting activities for global spend transparency data Supervise team performing data management, remediation and reporting activities Perform spot checks of data remediation and report generation outcomes for compliance accuracy Manage escalations internally and with clients Perform data analytics using Power BI based on standard or ad hoc requests Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation enhancements Collaborate both internally and externally to achieve optimal client outcomes Mentor and coach senior and junior associates on quality standards and processes Any other responsibility that flows naturally and logically to this role Skills: 12-15 years relevant experience Global regulatory reporting (preferable healthcare related) Proven team management and leadership Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills Advanced Excel and data management skills Strong English communication skills, verbal and written Ability to work under pressure with focus on quality Ability to model and coach for “white glove” customer service Good understanding of analytical tools like Alteryx, Power BI
