Job Description

Role Overview: You will be a part of the Regulatory Reporting team in Jaipur, India, responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as MiFID II, EMIR, CFTC, and SFTR. Your main tasks will include exception management, MIS compilation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and supporting in-house tech requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Perform and manage various exception management functions across reporting for all asset classes and jurisdictions - Ensure accurate, timely, and complete reporting - Work with technology development teams to design system solutions for automating the exceptions process - Collaborate with internal and external teams to propose developments to enhance compliance with regulatory requirements - Conduct root cause analysis on exceptions, investigate significant issues, and escalate them to senior management - Build and maintain effective operational processes, prioritize activities based on risk, and communicate clearly and escalate high-risk situations promptly - Document BI deliverables, support the design of data models, reports, and visualizations, and develop end-user reports and visualizations Qualifications Required: - 1+ years of work experience in an Ops role within financial services - Graduation in Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics - Regulatory experience preferred (MIFIR, EMIR, Dodd Frank, Bank of England) - Preferable experience in Middle Office/Back Office, Reference Data, and Trade Life Cycle in at least 2 asset classes - Ability to work independently and in a team, clear communication, risk recognition, and prioritization skills - Experience in data analysis, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and VBA, building reports and BI analysis with tools like SAP Business Objects, Tableau, QlikView, and advanced SQL experience preferred Additional Company Details: The company, Deutsche Bank, offers various benefits such as best-in-class leave policy, gender-neutral parental leaves, childcare assistance, flexible working arrangements, sponsorship for industry certifications, employee assistance program, hospitalization and life insurance, health screening, and more.
