Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end property registration process for residential, commercial, or land assets.
Coordinate with internal teams, legal advisors, and external stakeholders for timely execution of registration formalities.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all legal documents including Sale Deeds, Agreements, Allotment Letters, etc.
Liaise with Sub-Registrar Offices, Notaries, and Stamp Duty officials for seamless execution.
Manage customer appointments and assist buyers during the registration process.
Keep track of property-related regulatory changes and ensure full legal compliance.
Maintain digital and physical records of registered documents.
Handle customer queries regarding registration, documentation, and timelines.
Monitor status reports, registration MIS, and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements:

Any Degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in property documentation and registration within the real estate sector.
In-depth knowledge of RERA, Stamp Duty, Registration Act, and applicable local real estate laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with customers and government officials.
Proficient in documentation tools (MS Office, CRM systems, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
