Job Description

Job Role: Outbound Sales Executive – Real Estate (Lead Generation) Location: Malad, Mumbai Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and generate interest in real estate projects. Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through effective communication and follow-ups. Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system. Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team for property presentations. Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets. Provide accurate information about projects, pricing, and availability to prospective clients. Maintain professionalism and adhere to company standards during client interactions. Requirement: Graduate or undergraduate with a minimum of 6 months of outbound calling experience (real estate or related field preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
