🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Manage student records, transcripts, grading, and graduation documentation
• Oversee course registration, class scheduling, and examination logistics
• Ensure academic compliance with UGC/AICTE and other regulatory requirements
• Lead the Registrar’s Office team and administrative operations
• Collaborate with academic and administrative departments for smooth academic delivery
• Maintain and enhance student information systems and digital records
• Support audits, inspections, and accreditation processes

✅ Candidate Profile

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in academic administration and 5 years as a Registrar.
• In-depth knowledge of UGC/AICTE/BCI/PCI/DCI/UCAR guidelines and university governance processes
