The Registrar will serve as the chief administrative officer responsible for managing academic records, regulatory documentation, and institutional compliance. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of AICTE and affiliating university norms. The Registrar will ensure smooth execution of admissions, examinations, and reporting processes while upholding institutional integrity and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage student records, faculty data, and statutory documentation
- Coordinate admissions, registration, and examination-related activities
- Ensure timely submission of compliance reports to AICTE, UGC, and affiliating university
- Supervise issuance of transcripts, certificates, and mark sheets
- Manage institutional correspondence, registers, and meeting documentation
- Support accreditation, affiliation, and inspection procedures
- Facilitate grievance redressal related to academic records and examinations
- Oversee data management systems and ensure confidentiality and accuracy
- Assist the Principal in governance, policy implementation, and institutional audits
