The Assistant Professor will play a vital role in delivering undergraduate engineering education, supporting academic innovation, and contributing to the overall development of students and the institution. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions for B.Tech students
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments in line with curriculum objectives
- Guide students in projects, assignments, and technical competitions
- Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Engage in research activities, publications, and academic collaborations
- Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and student development programs
- Maintain discipline, inclusivity, and academic integrity in the classroom
- Support departmental documentation, audits, and regulatory compliance
- Contribute to faculty development programs and institutional outreach
- Promote Universal Human Values and student-centric learning practices
